Our company’s founder and partners Mr. Gaurav Sarvaiya and Mr. Shashi Verma are civil engineers by education and profession. After attaining sufficient amount of experience and exposure in the industry they have formed a partnership company to cater increasing demand of structural audit and project management consultancy in Mumbai and Thane region.

Mr. Gaurav Sarvaiya is bachelor of civil engineer by education and chartered engineer by profession and has an experience of more than 10 years into structural audit, consultancy and building repair work. He has been instrumental into the repair and retrofitting of many landmark projects in Maharashtra. He has exceptional technical knowledge and management skill. He is Empanelled as structural engineer in Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation, Municipal corporation of greater Mumbai, VVCMC, BNCMC and on a state level of Maharashtra.

Mr. Shashi Verma has a diploma in civil engineering and has an experience of 10 years into structural audit, Estimation, tendering and contracts management. He also has a keen interest in structural designing and audit, further he has been assisting Mr. Gaurav Sarvaiya since last 12 years into structural auditing/PMC and execution of repair contract.
